COPYRIGHT & CONTENT COMPLAINTS
Respect for stories, photographs and original work.
This procedure covers Long Pathways content, user submissions, trademarks, photography and complaints that material on the service infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
Effective August 27, 2026 · Document version 2026-08-27.
Long Pathways materials
The site’s text, organization, interface, graphics, plans, templates, photographs, illustrations, logos, and Long Pathways and Pathway Plan™ identifiers are owned by or licensed to Long Pathways LLC and are protected by applicable law. No trademark license is granted by access to the site.
Permitted personal use
You may view, print, or save public materials for personal, noncommercial transition planning if copyright and source notices remain intact. You may not republish, sell, train a commercial model on, scrape, systematically extract, impersonate, or create a competing template library from the materials without written permission.
Household content
Users retain their rights in photographs, descriptions, documents, messages, and other content they submit. They grant Long Pathways a limited license to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and display that content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, export, and improve the requested service.
Submission responsibility
A user represents that they have the rights and permissions needed to upload content and share it with the selected household participants or professionals. Do not upload another person’s private photograph, document, creative work, or confidential record without appropriate permission.
Illustrative brand imagery
Some public brand images are illustrative or composited. Captions are used where context matters. People shown in illustrative scenes do not represent actual clients, endorsements, completed engagements, or documented events unless expressly stated. Long Pathways will honor valid rights, release, and correction concerns.
Complaint contents
Send a written complaint identifying the copyrighted or protected work, the exact page or item at issue, your contact information, the basis of your rights, the requested action, and a statement that the information is accurate and submitted in good faith. Include a physical or electronic signature. Do not send unrelated sensitive household information.
Review process
Send complaints to info@longpathways.com with the subject “Content Rights Complaint,” or to the postal address below. Long Pathways may temporarily restrict material while reviewing, request supporting information, notify the submitting user, preserve relevant records, restore material after a valid response, or remove access where appropriate.
No false notices
Knowingly false or materially misleading complaints can harm users and rights holders. Submit only notices you are authorized to make. This informal process does not waive any right or remedy available under applicable law.
Designated-agent status
This page is a practical complaint channel and does not represent that Long Pathways has completed federal DMCA designated-agent registration. If Long Pathways adopts a formal statutory notice-and-counter-notice program, the registered agent and procedures will be published here.
