PRIVACY POLICY
A private household record deserves deliberate care.
This policy explains how Long Pathways LLC collects, uses, shares and protects information across longpathways.com, app.longpathways.com, the Long Pathways installed web and Google Play app experiences, the Family and Professional Portals, authorized employee, manager and administrator workspaces, and transition-management services.
Effective September 18, 2026 · Document version 2026-09-18.
Scope of this policy
This policy applies whether a person uses a web browser, installs Long Pathways on a phone or tablet, opens the Google Play version, or accesses an authorized family, professional or staff workspace. The public website and app may maintain records in separate systems, but both are used to provide Long Pathways services and are governed by this policy. A third-party website or service opened from Long Pathways is governed by that provider’s own notice unless stated otherwise.
Information we collect
We collect contact and account information, including an optional mailing address, role, reminder preferences and recent Portal access; household workspace content such as belonging descriptions, photographs, family requests, tasks, notes, messages, fulfillment requests and documents; service-intake and Early Access request details; professional client-order, directive-source and approved payment records; staff assignment and operational activity; and limited technical information needed for security, reliability and app operation.
App, device and permission information
The app may process an IP address, device and browser type, operating-system information, session and authentication identifiers, security events, and limited error or performance information needed to operate and protect the service. If you choose to take or upload a photograph, select a document, or enable notifications, the app may receive the selected photograph or file and a device notification token for that requested function. Camera, photo, file and notification permissions remain subject to your device settings. Long Pathways does not use these permissions to create advertising profiles. Any future feature requiring materially different device access will require an appropriate notice and policy update before collection.
Separate website and app records
Information submitted through the public website may be maintained separately from the operational app record. Long Pathways may associate a website inquiry, intake, appointment, payment confirmation or professional referral with the appropriate app person, household, lead or matter record. We use reasonable matching and authorized review to avoid unnecessary duplicates and do not treat a matching name alone as proof that two people or households are the same.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve the service, authenticate users, honor role-based permissions, coordinate requested work, route inquiries, administer Early Access and per-client professional orders, review directive sources, document household activity, offer requested reminders and notice when a household may need setup or support assistance.
Asset and transaction information
For an authorized asset-disposition service, Long Pathways may collect item descriptions, photographs, serial numbers, provenance documents, prior appraisals, marketplace information, asking prices, offers, sale and settlement records, transaction fees, and appropriate buyer or shipping records. Vehicle and titled-asset information may include year, make, model, VIN or HIN, mileage or hours, registration, title or lien status, and service or condition documents. Sensitive title, owner, address and lien information is not intended for unnecessary public display.
Marketplace, dealer and processor disclosures
Information may be shared with a client-authorized marketplace, dealer, appraiser, auction company, transporter or other provider when needed to perform an approved service. Long Pathways does not store full payment-card credentials and relies on payment or marketplace processors where applicable.
Addresses and fulfillment
A participant’s account address is not shown to ordinary household participants. When that participant requests shipping, the address is copied into the fulfillment request for the authorized coordinator or professional to review. Pickup requests do not expose the account mailing address.
Household permissions
Workspace owners and authorized representatives decide whom to invite and which role to assign. Participants should upload only information they are authorized to share. Estate Mode does not activate until applicable authority review is complete.
Professional access and report releases
Joining a household workspace does not by itself authorize an attorney, trustee, executor or other professional to review the live record. The client separately controls professional record access, private communication, document exchange and report preparation and may revoke that access. Preparing a report does not authorize its disclosure: every external professional report release requires a separate client decision identifying the recipient, purpose and included sections.
Employee, manager and administrator access
Authorized Long Pathways employees may create, review and update records needed for assigned leads, households and work. Managers may review team assignments, service status, notes, deadlines and appropriate communications for supervision and continuity. Administrators may access records when needed for configuration, support, security, compliance, account administration, data correction and authorized business operations. Access is intended to follow role, assignment and least-privilege controls, and material activity may be recorded in audit history.
Service providers and disclosure
We may use infrastructure, app hosting, database, file storage, authentication, security, error monitoring, communications, scheduling and payment providers acting for the service. These providers may process information only as needed for their supported function and applicable legal obligations. We do not sell household records or use private household content for behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.
Sources and recipients
Information may come from you, an authorized family member or representative, an approved professional, an outside provider involved in the requested work, and limited technical records created when the service is used. Recipients may include authorized household participants, selected professionals or providers, processors supporting hosting, storage, authentication, communications, scheduling and payments, and government or legal recipients when disclosure is required or permitted by law.
Public website analytics
We count limited events on public pages to understand which guides and pathways are useful. Protected portal, professional, employee, administrative, account, invitation and consultation paths are excluded. This measurement does not collect household content, email addresses, mailing addresses, persistent session identifiers, session recordings or advertising profiles.
Reminders and support signals
You may choose email reminders, text reminders, both or no routine reminders. Sensitive household details are not included in reminder messages; the message directs you to sign in securely. Operational support signals may alert authorized Long Pathways staff when setup is incomplete, an invitation is pending, a decision is overdue, recent Portal activity is absent or included access is nearing its end.
Retention and deletion
Account and household information is retained while the service is active and for a limited period needed for closeout, security, legal obligations, dispute prevention and recovery. An app user may request deletion from an available in-app account or support area and may also use the public Account & App Data Deletion page at longpathways.com/account-deletion without reinstalling or signing into the app. A deletion request ordinarily covers the requester’s account and associated personal data under Long Pathways’ control. Some household, audit, transaction, authority or service records may be retained where another authorized person controls the record or law, security, contractual duties or legal claims require retention. Long Pathways will explain any material limitation during human review.
Security
We use signed-in access, household membership checks, role-aware actions, private object storage and activity records. No system is risk-free; users should avoid uploading passwords, full financial account credentials or information unrelated to the transition.
Your choices
From an available signed-in Account or support area, you may correct account information and submit access, correction, deletion, restriction or consent-withdrawal requests for human review. The public Account & App Data Deletion page is available even if you cannot sign in or have removed the app. Household reports and exports remain subject to household authority and permissions. Arizona residents and users elsewhere may have additional rights under applicable law.
State and health-data rights
The State Privacy Addendum explains supplemental rights, verification, authorized-agent requests, appeals and non-discrimination where a state law applies. Health-adjacent information may also be covered by the Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice. Requests can be submitted without an account through the Contact page or by emailing info@longpathways.com.
Cookies and analytics
The Cookie & Analytics Notice describes essential site technology, limited first-party public-page measurement and third-party scheduling pages. Long Pathways does not currently use advertising pixels or cross-context behavioral advertising.
SMS consent records
If you affirmatively choose text reminders, we may retain the mobile number, consent timestamp and version, source, preference changes and opt-out record. Routine SMS consent is optional, is not a condition of purchase and is governed by the SMS Terms & Consent Disclosure. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
Children and sensitive information
The service is designed for adults coordinating households. It is not directed to children. Do not upload medical records, full Social Security numbers or other highly sensitive data unless specifically requested through an approved secure process.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an account notice.
