SMS TERMS & CONSENT DISCLOSURE
Text reminders are optional.
These terms apply if you affirmatively ask Long Pathways LLC to send routine service or account reminders to a mobile number. Consent to text messages is not a condition of purchasing a service or using available email communications.
Effective August 27, 2026 · Document version 2026-08-27.
Program description
Messages may include appointment reminders, requested scheduling updates, account or invitation notices, a prompt to sign in for a task or decision, access-review reminders, and responses to a support request. Sensitive household details are not intentionally included in the text itself.
Consent
By selecting text reminders, entering or confirming a mobile number, checking the SMS consent box, and saving the preference, you authorize Long Pathways and its communications provider to send recurring automated service messages to that number. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number and may provide this consent.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your activity and selected services. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out
Reply STOP to a supported Long Pathways text or change Routine reminders in the Account center to withdraw consent. After an opt-out, you may receive one confirmation message. You can still receive non-SMS communications needed to complete an active service, transaction, security response, or legal notice.
Help
Reply HELP where supported, call 602-980-9680, email info@longpathways.com, or use the Contact page. If a number changes owners, remove it from your account or notify us promptly.
Marketing
The routine-reminder consent described here does not authorize promotional marketing texts. Long Pathways will seek separate, clear consent before sending marketing texts where required. SMS consent is not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Privacy and records
We retain the mobile number, consent timestamp, version, source, preference changes, and opt-out record as reasonably necessary to honor the choice and demonstrate compliance. See the Privacy Policy for additional information.
Changes
We may update operational details or providers. Material changes to the type of messages or consent will be presented before they apply. Participation is subject to these SMS Terms and applicable law.
