FAMILY PORTAL EARLY ACCESS TERMS
Household access without automatic billing.
These terms govern Pathway-included and complimentary Founding Household access to the Family Portal. Professional Portal access and each professional-initiated client order are separately controlled and do not create a coordinator-led service engagement by themselves.
Effective August 27, 2026 · Document version 2026-08-27.
Included Early Access
Every paid Long Pathways Pathway includes at least six months of Family Portal Early Access beginning when the household workspace is activated. The visible tools and Long Pathways support correspond to the selected Pathway. Long Pathways may extend access while the experience is refined.
Founding Household pilot
A limited number of households may be approved for complimentary self-guided Early Access without purchasing a Pathway. A request does not guarantee admission. The controlled pilot is ordinarily 90 days, may be extended, and includes welcome and sign-in assistance rather than coordinator case management.
No automatic household billing
There is currently no separate household Portal subscription fee, no payment method is required, and Early Access will not automatically convert into a paid subscription. If optional paid continuation is introduced, Long Pathways will provide advance notice and require a new affirmative enrollment.
Adult owner and invitations
The household owner must be an adult with authority to create the workspace and invite participants. Each participant must use an individual sign-in. The owner is responsible for selecting roles, reviewing membership, and removing access that is no longer appropriate.
Roles do not create authority
An invitation grants only the selected Portal permissions. It does not establish ownership, executor or trustee authority, fiduciary status, a right to receive property, or permission to make final household decisions. Estate Mode and other elevated controls require appropriate review.
Self-guided boundary
Self-guided Early Access does not include case management, family mediation, physical organizing, provider selection, moving or property services, appraisals, or legal, medical, tax, financial, brokerage, or fiduciary advice. Those services require an appropriate separate written agreement.
Acceptable use and content
Participants may upload only lawful content they are authorized to share and may not access another household without permission, misrepresent authority, interfere with security, scrape the service, harass another user, or use the Portal to evade a legal duty. Users retain ownership of submitted content and grant the limited processing license described in the Website Terms.
Early Access changes
Features, labels, workflows, limits, and availability may change to improve security, usability, accessibility, and compliance. Long Pathways may review privacy-safe indicators such as activation, invitations, completed decisions, help requests, and exports and may request optional feedback. Private household content is not made public.
Access review and closeout
Long Pathways may provide a review date followed by a read-only period. Authorized users may download available PDF, CSV, JSON, and document exports. Records are not automatically deleted on the review date. Contact Long Pathways before closeout if continued access or export assistance is needed.
Suspension
Long Pathways may restrict access for security risk, unlawful use, material breach, disputed authority, nonresponsive ownership review, or risk to household information. When practical, the owner will receive notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue or request an authorized export.
Disclaimers and law
Early Access is provided with reasonable care but is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, complete, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Long Pathways is not liable for indirect loss, unauthorized user submissions, or decisions outside its written service scope. Arizona law governs, subject to non-waivable consumer protections, and disputes may be brought in the courts serving Maricopa County after a good-faith attempt to resolve the concern.
