SPECIALIZED PROPERTY & VEHICLE COORDINATION

Provider options, organized for your decision.

Long Pathways identifies appropriate providers, gathers their available scope, pricing and timing, and organizes the options into a clear proposal. The client or client-authorized decision-maker makes the final selection.

YOU REMAIN IN CONTROL

We coordinate the decision process. Selected providers perform the specialized work.

Long Pathways does not choose a provider for you, operate an estate sale, act as a vehicle dealer or receive sale proceeds. We make the available options easier to understand, compare and coordinate within the larger household transition.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you approve a coordination service.

Does Long Pathways choose the provider?

No. Long Pathways prepares the options for review. The client or client-authorized decision-maker makes the final selection.

Are provider charges included in the Long Pathways fee?

No. Provider commissions, appraisals, inspections, repairs, advertising, storage, transportation, taxes, title costs and similar outside expenses remain separate unless a written scope expressly says otherwise.

Will every proposal include three providers?

Long Pathways seeks suitable comparison options when reasonably available. Location, timing, asset type, provider interest and market conditions can limit the number of responsive providers.

Can an attorney, fiduciary or other professional make the selection?

Yes, when that person has been authorized to make the decision for the client or matter. Otherwise, the professional may participate in review while final approval remains with the authorized decision-maker.
