OUTSIDE-PROVIDER OPTIONS

A clear proposal.Your final selection.

When outside expertise is needed, Long Pathways organizes suitable independent-provider options around the approved need. You—or another properly authorized person—review the information and make the final decision.

01

PROVIDER COORDINATION

Define the need

Begin with the approved scope—not a preferred company.

Long Pathways documents what needs to happen, when it is needed, who has decision authority and which requirements matter. The criteria may include location, timing, accessibility, licensing or registration, insurance information, written estimates and special handling needs.

02

PROVIDER COORDINATION

Organize comparable options

Put suitable independent options into one decision-ready proposal.

Long Pathways gathers available provider information using consistent categories so the client can compare scope, timing, responsibilities, provider-supplied charges and available public or documentary information. A listed option is not a guarantee or designation as the preferred provider.

03

PROVIDER COORDINATION

Review and select

The client—or another properly authorized person—makes the final selection.

Long Pathways explains the organized information and records questions, but does not make the client’s decision. The client may select one of the presented options, keep an existing provider or choose another suitable provider.

04

PROVIDER COORDINATION

Coordinate the approved work

Keep the authorized work, dates and completion record connected.

After selection, Long Pathways may coordinate approved communications, dates, access information, provider documents and completion evidence within the signed Pathway scope. The independent provider remains responsible for its own contract, charges, personnel and work.

WHAT REMAINS IN YOUR CONTROL

Long Pathways coordinates the process. It does not make the client’s decision.

  • You make the final selection. The owner or properly authorized person approves the provider and consequential spending.

  • No provider compensation.Long Pathways receives no referral fee, commission, kickback or percentage of a sale.
  • The provider remains responsible.Independent providers remain responsible for their agreements, people, charges and work.
