Confirm state-specific requirements, insurance, employee travel and whether appropriately qualified local providers are available.
Keep transportation separate
The client or authorized representative requests and reviews estimates, selects the mover, signs the carrier agreement and pays the carrier directly. Long Pathways may record client-supplied information and carrier-confirmed dates, but does not solicit bids, quote or negotiate transportation rates, book or tender the shipment, accept transportation payment, sign carrier documents or transport household goods.
Approve travel before deployment
When on-site continuity outside Greater Phoenix is appropriate, professional time, travel time and preapproved expenses are presented in a written proposal.
