TRUST, PRIVACY & SERVICE BOUNDARIES

A private household record deserves deliberate safeguards.

Clear roles, documented approvals and human oversight protect both the family and the work.

A CLEARER WAY FORWARD

Long Pathways uses privacy-conscious access, accountable coordination, role-based permissions, private document storage and human review to protect the household record. The public website does not collect service-payment credentials.

01

Role-based permissions

Owner, family member, coordinator, executor or personal representative, and read-only guest access are separated.

02

Estate authority controls

Being named in a will does not itself activate estate controls. Appropriate current authority is reviewed when applicable.

03

Documented decisions

Claims, approvals, assignments and activity history reduce confusion without replacing legal advice.

04

Outside professionals

Movers, appraisers, auctioneers, shippers and other specialists perform regulated or specialized work under their own client contracts.

05

Commercial insurance

Long Pathways maintains commercial general liability, professional liability and cyber liability coverage for its covered operations. Current limits and public verification copies are available through the Insurance & Risk Management page.

06

Transparent costs

Long Pathways fees remain separate from outside-provider charges. Clients contract with and pay independent providers directly.

07

Human oversight

Estate authority, permissions, financial information, privacy requests and sensitive communications are not automated blindly.

08

National guardrails

Long Pathways provides client-directed administrative support surrounding interstate transitions but does not quote, negotiate, book or arrange interstate household-goods transportation.

INSURANCE & RISK MANAGEMENT

General, professional and cyber liability coverage.

Review current limits, open public verification copies and understand how independent-provider responsibility remains separate.
