MOVES & RELOCATION

One plan for the home you are leaving and the life you are moving toward.

Greater Phoenix on-site and qualifying nationwide coordination for older adults, adult children and remote families.

Plan a move

A CLEARER WAY FORWARD

We connect the household record, origin, destination, family decisions and important dates in one Transition Plan. The client selects and contracts directly with licensed movers while Long Pathways organizes the broader household transition.

01

Measure before deciding

Obtain available destination plans or verified room, doorway, hallway, elevator, window and usable-wall measurements before final furniture and artwork decisions.

02

Plan what fits

Compare selected furniture, artwork and meaningful belongings with the destination; identify placement constraints, alternate pathways and any new-furniture needs.

03

Prepare both locations

Keep origin responsibilities, client-selected transportation, destination readiness, room labels and family communication connected in one record. Confirm whether move-in cleaning is included and, when needed, sequence move-in cleaning before delivery and vacate cleaning after belongings are removed.

04

Place, verify and complete

Coordinate arrival priorities, approved placement, remaining belongings pathways, documents and the final completion summary.

05

Selling what will not make the move

Destination items, family transfers, sale candidates, vehicles, storage, donations and removals can each receive a documented next step. Marketplace and specialty disposition services are separately scoped when needed.

MEASURE BEFORE MAKING FINAL DECISIONS

See what fits before it is packed.

Available destination measurements and selected-item dimensions help turn furniture, artwork and belongings decisions into a usable room-by-room plan.

01
Room measurements

Record room length and width along with usable walls, doorways, hallways, elevators and other access constraints.

02
Floor-plan sources

Keep available facility plans, measurement-app exports or annotated sketches connected to the destination record.

03
Item fit decisions

Mark selected furniture, artwork and belongings as Fits, Does not fit or Needs measuring so the next pathway is clear.

HOW LONG PATHWAYS CONNECTS THE WORK

Measure first. Decide what fits. Move with a room-by-room plan.

  1. 01Measure destination
  2. 02Compare belongings
  3. 03Approve placement
  4. 04Coordinate arrival

DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?

A household transition becomes difficult when the work has no single place to live.

  • The mover handles transportation, but dozens of household decisions remain.
  • The destination, family, providers and current home are operating on different timelines.
  • Some belongings will move while others must go to family, sale, donation, storage or shipping.
  • An adult child is trying to coordinate the move from another city or state.
WITHOUT ONE COORDINATED PLAN

Important details remain fragmented.

Packing, transportation, family decisions, property access and destination readiness are managed in separate conversations. Gaps become visible only when a deadline is close.

WITH LONG PATHWAYS

One person keeps the work connected.

Long Pathways builds one origin-to-destination plan, tracks the decisions surrounding the shipment and keeps the work before, during and after moving day visible.

THE LONG PATHWAYS VALUE

One coordinator. One record. One visible next step.

01

One accountable coordinator

A consistent person follows the work across family members, dates, decisions and independent services.

02

One household record

Belongings, documents, responsibilities and approved decisions remain connected instead of scattered.

03

One visible next step

The family can see what is happening, what is waiting and who is responsible for moving it forward.
