CLEAR TERMS BEFORE WORK BEGINS
Defined in writing. Nothing added without approval.
If the same household later enters a signed Pathways Start, Guided Pathways, Pathways Complete or Pathways Custom engagement, the full $495 planning payment is applied once as a credit against the Long Pathways service fee shown on that engagement's invoice. The credit does not apply to third-party provider charges, travel, reimbursable expenses or project reserves; it is nontransferable and has no cash value.

Confirm the plan, then pay securely through Stripe.
After Long Pathways confirms the household contact and applicable plan terms, the one-time $495 payment may be completed through Stripe-hosted checkout.
The plan remains a complete standalone service. No additional Pathway purchase is required, and the $495 may later be applied once to an upgraded Pathway for the same household under the stated credit terms.
FAMILY PORTAL EARLY ACCESS
Included for at least six months—with no separate Portal fee.
The included period begins when the household workspace is activated. There is currently no household Portal subscription or payment method requirement. If optional paid continuation is introduced later, Long Pathways will provide advance notice and enrollment will require your affirmative choice.
The app gives authorized participants a shared view, but clients may also work with their coordinator by phone, video or in person.
