Structured intake, executive summary, priorities, responsibilities, a personalized 30-day action checklist, a coordinator-reviewed 30/60/90-day roadmap, a plan presentation and six months of Family Portal access. The full $495 is applied once against the Long Pathways service fee if the same household later enters a signed larger Pathway.
A focused 5-hour onsite session that uses the plan to complete one belongings, decisions or household-organization priority, with an organized handoff. The plan is included in the total service price.
A family-led engagement with six checkpoints over 90 days and up to eight coordination hours, or twelve checkpoints over six months and up to fifteen coordination hours with Extended.
Full-service coordination with onsite decision sessions, destination measurement and space planning, move-day and settle-in support, biweekly checkpoints, Family Portal management and an organized completion archive. Managed Provider Administration may be included in the written scope.
For homes over 5,000 square feet, multiple properties, significant collections, aging in place or longer phased work. The written proposal defines the initial 90-day phase, later phases, expanded Managed Provider Administration and any separate project-cost reserve when applicable.
HOW PRICING WORKS
If the same household later enters a signed Pathways Start, Guided Pathways, Pathways Complete or Pathways Custom engagement, the full $495 is applied once against the Long Pathways service fee shown on that engagement's invoice.
Each Pathway states its included visits, checkpoints and coordination hours so your family can understand the working scope.
For services with included coordination time, we alert you when approximately 75% is used. You decide whether to add a fixed block.
Additional time is available in fixed blocks: a video checkpoint ($345), an in-person checkpoint ($495), a 5-hour onsite session ($695), or coordination time in 5-hour ($625) or 10-hour ($1,195) blocks. Long Pathways asks for written approval before adding anything.
Onsite work across Greater Phoenix is included when stated in the selected Pathway. Elsewhere in Arizona, approved travel is billed at the current IRS business mileage rate at the date of travel plus drive time at $65 per hour. For work outside Arizona, airfare, lodging and meals are billed at cost and travel days at $500 each. Every trip is approved in writing before booking.
Payment arrangements: The one-time $495 Transition Assessment & Pathway Plan may be paid through Stripe-hosted checkout after the household contact and applicable terms are confirmed. Every larger Pathway is billed separately by invoice emailed after its written scope and agreement are approved.

Estate sale coordination starts at $1,995, and vehicle sale coordination starts at $595 per vehicle. You choose the provider or buyer, sign directly and receive the proceeds. Long Pathways never takes a percentage.
FAMILY PORTAL ACCESS
The $495 Transition Assessment & Pathway Plan includes six months of Portal access. Continuing Pathways include the client-safe tools required for their active scope.
The Portal experience matches the planning and coordination included in your selected Pathway.
No separate household Portal subscription or payment method is currently required.
Any future paid continuation will require advance notice and affirmative enrollment.
No automatic billing: Portal access will never silently convert into a paid subscription.
PREFER TO ORGANIZE IT YOURSELF?
A limited number of households may use the self-guided Family Portal without purchasing coordinator-led services while Long Pathways refines the experience.
