POSSESSION PATHWAY

Dispose

The possession is responsibly removed when no other pathway fits.

Dispose is the final, neutral pathway for items that cannot reasonably be kept, distributed, sold, donated, stored or shipped. Approval and documentation prevent rushed or accidental removal.

  • Fees and completion evidence

HOW IT MOVES TO COMPLETION

From pathway choice to documented outcome.

  1. 01Confirm all reasonable alternatives were considered
  2. 02Obtain the required approval
  3. 03Schedule safe and lawful removal
  4. 04Record completion before closing the item

PROOF OF COMPLETION

What closes the pathway.

  • Removal receipt

  • Updated item status and activity history
